Teaching
Throughout Jesus’ ministry, we see him purposefully connect with children. Following this example, we strive to engage kids with scripture at their unique stages of development, helping them build meaningful friendships, and experience Jesus through creativity, fun, and the loving care of our volunteers.
Crafts
Some kids learn through listening, some through watching, and some through using their hands. We’ve built our kids programs to engage learners of all kinds with Scripture, and—especially with the younger ages—crafting helps them connect the Bible story with activities they enjoy and understand.
Play
Church is about more than just learning Bible stories, it’s about building a community of believers to support and encourage each other. For kids, play is one of the biggest ways they build friendships, so we balance teaching with games to provide space for them to build those relationships with each other.
Events
Throughout the year, we host several events to build community with our kids and their families. From bouncy castles to Nerf battles to craft nights to water balloons, sparklers, and s’mores, we understand what our kids love doing and create fun, safe, and family-friendly events for them to share our community with their families, friends, and neighbors.
