We often overlook the fact that much of Jesus’ ministry was spent with the people that He loved. He ate meals with them, prayed with them, discussed the truth with them and cared for their physical and spiritual needs. Jesus calls His followers to do the same.
Groups are made up of men and women from all generations of life. They meet together for fellowship, care, prayer, accountability, sharing stories, studying God’s Word and serving their community. No group will be perfect, and no two groups will be exactly the same. We don’t expect them to be. People are messy, groups will be messy, but we will work to accept one another and consider each other over ourselves.
